I waited in the queue for someone, then when I finally received someone she was about to get off work and was going to transfer me. It would be nice if the tutors were more familiar (or worked for) with SNHU so they could be more helpful.

Session ended because tutor said she had an emergency. Tutor transferred me, and then it said I was connected again, and then I was transferred again, and then it reconnected me and then it said the session ended. I wasn't even able to get a full session and help with what I needed after trying for an hour.
