the tutor app doesn't work well. Sometimes the screen share won't work and then couldn't get the audio to work on 3 different browser on a Mac. I used the chat feature which was frustrating because my questions I think could have been addressed and solved if the audio worked. I used DuckDuck, Safari, and Chrome browsers. Only one I could get to work was Chrome.

I was looking for more explanation on how to solve the prompt, and not just the answer. I was looking for what indicators within the prompt leads me to the equation that I need to use and why. I ended up figuring out on my own that ratio analysis means equation and once I figured that out, I was able to understand how Jemimah got to the answer. S/he was nice and knowledgable, but I was looking for more of an explanation rather than just an answer.
