The SERVICE itself is good, but my experience with the individual tutors has not been anything good. I could barely understand my most recent tutor as they had a heavy foreign accent. This caused communication problems making the session go longer than needed and also I felt I couldn't effectively relay my needs. I personally need a tutor who can speak and understand clear English.
