Career Experience
I am currently working as a library technical assistant in a public high school. I have been in that role for five years. Before that, I worked six years in a public library in the Circulation Department and then in Adult Services. I assist students on a daily basis with an array of questions and concerns. Most often I help with reading and research questions and basic computer skills. For a brief time, I also tutored a few ESL elementary students with learning basic English vocabulary.
I Love Tutoring Because
I enjoy helping people. I particularly enjoy helping students work out their reading and literature problems. I love to see students feel confident with the content and to succeed.
