Louann was fantastic! She helped me through this being my first communication and sharing my screen. I was frustrated with trying to learn by myself. She had such a patient, sweet, and helpful presence in the chatroom. She helped me through the problem and then stayed while I worked through another one. I'm more confident going through my schoolwork now, knowing I can come back anytime I have questions. I honestly was getting so frustrated that I was thinking about quitting. I really want to understand what I'm doing and Louann helped me to stay focused on that. I'm truly grateful for this service and Louann. I'm sure there are others like her too.
