Career Experience
I have extensive experience in education and student support. I worked as a tutor for six years, then transitioned into leadership roles, serving as a site manager for an after-school program for 5 years and later as a district lead overseeing 22 after-school programs. I am a student advocate at a high school, supporting students in their academic and personal growth. My goal is to become a counselor and continue positively impacting students' lives.

It allows me to connect with students on a personal level, help them overcome challenges, and watch their confidence grow as they achieve their academic goals.
