this tutor chose to argue more about time expiring than answering direct questions and expressing himself specifically with details we were discussing. if he had done so, time would have been better spent to answer the questions needed.

The first person transferred me because this was apparently out of scope even though tutoring is their job. Janvi then helped me review my code and found an error so it was good Janvi found that. Due to having to be transferred at the beginning, I had very little time with Janvi so there was no time to help me. SNHU's tutoring service sucks. This isn't against you, Janvi you are great. I am very disappointed in SNHU. Learning and completing assignments should not be this hard. It should never be this hard to get help in college.
