My inquiry was more feedback as to a grade response from my professor who dinged me points for not adding comments to my coding. I was trying to understand on how to use ZyBooks to enter in my comments to coding which Derek was useful on. Unfortunately I had other questions like how the grading system from ZyBooks will update and reflect on my grades on Brightspace which unfortunately the tutor did not know, which is ok. overall I am satisfied with the service tho I guess I am left with some questions that I will have to research on my own.
