They were thorough and made sure I understood, allowing me to provide examples and walk me through if they were correct or not. I appreciated that they begun by asking for my understanding of the concepts in my own words in order to get a clearer picture of what I needed clarification on. It was quick and convenient, and the fact that I was able to ask a question at 9PM and get an immediate answer is amazing! My question could have stalled progress on my assignment until I got an answer but instead I got the info I needed and could jump right back into my work without any delay.
