Located in Athens, a little over an hour away from Atlanta, the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business has a “great reputation for advancement and innovation within the curriculum,” “optimal class sizes,” and an “outstanding location.” The faculty and administration encourage lively “class participation [and] interaction” and offer robust “feedback.” Administrative staff members are “warm” and “do everything in [their] power to assure…students have what they need and get as much out of the program as possible.” Professors have “real-world experience” and the program offers “exposure to international business” that is “beyond exemplary.” Additionally, Terry has a strong “reputation for risk management” studies and “one of the strongest real estate programs in the country.” The new facilities at Terry are “top notch” and make it “clear the school is investing in its future.” Another student concurs: “Terry is a program on the rise right now…clearly committed to elevating the program which shows in the infrastructure we're building, caliber of students we’re recruiting, and the financial resources behind those students.” The “small, individualized program…truly caters to the student,” and offers “unbeatable ROI”: the public university keeps tuition low and MBA students are awarded “graduated assistantships” and “generous merit-based scholarships.” Overall, students say that Terry’s MBA program is “strong in recruiting quality students, retaining an outstanding faculty, foundational curriculum,” and show “constant innovation to maintain or exceed market pace within the respective disciplines.”
